Sacred Key of Death and Ascension – Meditation

BREATH AND SOUND - DEATH AND ASCENSION

Practice for 11–22 minutes just before meditation or sleep
Best if done in the dark but any quiet space will do.

Inhale through your nose, allowing your lungs to fill comfortably.

With each exhalation, tone the Sacred sound of OM.

Close your eyes, exhale deeply through the mouth with the sustained vibration of OM.

Pause at the end of each exhalation... be still... become breathless...

Gently allow the body to inhale through the nose.

RELAX – SURRENDER – EXPAND

Pause at the peak of the inhalation... be still... expansive... breathless.

Repeat the cycle – exhaling OM... surrendering into the void... continuing effortlessly.

Witness and merge with – the threshold between life and death.

Embody profound silence.

Dissolve beyond time and space.

You were never born... and you shall never die...
